Byron Foster serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial, Marketing, and Communications Officer for Dana.
In this role, Foster has responsibility for leading and supporting all of Dana’s commercial opportunities globally, along with oversight responsibilities for marketing and communications.
Prior to Dana, Foster was Executive Vice President for Adient. In this role, he led the company’s global Seat Structures and Mechanisms business, overseeing its engineering, manufacturing, program management, quality, procurement, and supply chain functions, while focusing on operational excellence and effective program execution.
Before joining Adient, Foster was a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton. He began his career at Westinghouse Electric Company.
Foster earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Management degree from Northwestern University.
