Brenda Ross-Dulan is Founder and Managing Principal of The Ross-Dulan Group, a boutique, diverse, woman-owned strategy consulting firm.
With more than 25 years in financial services, Brenda led the integration of the Southern New Jersey Region of Wachovia and Wells Fargo, overseeing $12 billion in deposits and 1,700 employees. Her financial services experience includes corporate banking, commercial real estate and community development and investments.
Brenda serves as a board trustee of NCIF, a firm that invests in minority-owned banks. She became the first African American female to chair the Board of the Princeton Chamber of Commerce.
As a highly sought-after thought leader, Brenda serves on numerous non-profit boards, including the National Association of Corporate Directors in New Jersey.
Brenda holds a BBA from Howard University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
