Brenda J. Bacon is an accomplished corporate leader with experience on the boards of FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) and Hilton Grand Vacations (NYSE: HGV). At FTI Consulting, she chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee and is a member of the Compensation Committee. At Hilton Grand Vacations, she serves on the Audit and Nominating and Governance Committees.
Bacon co-founded Brandywine Senior Living in 1996, growing it to 32 communities across seven states before selling it in 2023. She was inducted into the Senior Living Hall of Fame in 2022.
A strong advocate for senior care, Brenda served as a board member and past chair of Argentum. She was appointed to the Board of Trustees of Rowan University in 2013 and reappointed in 2023.
Bacon holds a degree from Hampton University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
