Brannigan C. Thompson is Senior Vice President, Head of Strategic Organizational and Corporate Development for Voya Financial.
In this role, Brannigan is responsible for strategy & corporate development, organizational development, workforce planning, analysis and reporting; talent management, executive succession planning and leadership/talent development.
Previous experiences include, participating in ING Groups Global Executive Development program, living in The Netherlands and London. Primary tasks consisted of designing a new Executive Rewards strategy and organization structure for ING Group’s Executive Board members, the re-design of the Company’s Global Long-Term Incentive plan and the alignment of the company’s new strategy with the global rewards systems.
Brannigan is an active board and/or steering committee members for a number of organizations including; UNICEF (Chairman), 100 Black Men of Atlanta (Executive Board), UNCF (Executive Leadership Committee) and Junior Achievement of Georgia Board of Directors.
Brannigan received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance (Honors) with a minor in Economics from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
