Billy J. Frank is Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Caterpillar Inc.’s Remanufacturing Division.
In this global role, Billy leads the global commercial execution of the division’s services growth strategy. This includes strategy development, go-to-market execution, channel development, and other efforts to support customers with effective aftermarket solutions.
Billy’s impressive career includes over 25 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, product development, recruiting, and distribution at Caterpillar. Additionally, Billy serves on the Board of Directors for Citizen Equity Federal Credit Union and 10G (A Caterpillar Inc. and Morey Corp. joint venture).
Billy holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Southern University, Baton Rouge, LA.
