Aster Angagaw is the President of ServiceMaster Brands, a leading provider of home and business services. The business’s network of more than 5,000 company-owned and franchised locations is responsible for $2.6 billion global customer level revenues.
In her role as President, Angagaw is responsible for executing the company’s global strategy of creating two strong differentiated businesses in the restoration and cleaning spaces.
Angagaw brings to her role decades of strong leadership experience in highly reputable service organizations, most recently at Sodexo, a global integrated food and facilities management company. There she was Chief Executive Officer of the North American Healthcare division, and a member of the company’s Healthcare Global Executive Committee.
During her tenure at Sodexo, Angagaw delivered a successful record of accomplishment in operations, strategy and business development, organizational transformation and customer retention, holding the positions of global head of Sales and Business Development for Sodexo, and Group Vice President of Global Transformation.
Angagaw is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, has an Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Temple University, and a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management from Eastern University.
