Anthony P. Mack is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Virpax Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: VRPX), a publicly held emerging growth company located in Berwyn Pennsylvania.
Mack’s experience in Pharma/Biotech and finance covers more than 35 years. Since 2017, Virpax has been focused on advancing the development of its non-addictive pain and neurological disorder pipeline for worldwide commercialization. He founded and served on the Board of three successful pharmaceutical companies.
Prior to Virpax, Mack founded Scilex Pharmaceuticals and served as President and CEO until Scilex was sold to a publicly traded company. Mr. Mack founded his first company, ProSolus, Inc., where he served as President before selling the company to Mission Pharmacal. During his career, Mack has led training, marketing, and commercialization for billion-dollar brands at several public firms.
Mack has overseen Physician Preceptorships and Key Opinion Leader Development in collaboration with Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Duke University Hospital and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Mack holds an Executive MBA in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University.
