André Demetrius is a Senior Director and Sales Leader at WTW, a leading global advisory, broking, and solutions company.
With over 30 years in the consulting space, his vast experience includes all aspects of strategic employee benefits and healthcare consulting.
As Senior Director, Demetrius advises clients, including Fortune 500 employers, on their total rewards, health and benefits and M&A strategies.
In his role as Sales Leader for WTW’s Southeast Region, Demetrius leads a team of senior colleagues and business developers, oversees new business growth, and manages the region’s client retention efforts.
In his previous leadership roles as Principal, Market Leader at Buck Consultants and WTW, he drove double-digit revenue growth year over year.
Deeply committed to retaining and developing diverse talent, Demetrius led WTW’s “Creating Opportunities for Black and Latin Talent” initiative and serves as the Southeast executive sponsor of its Multicultural Inclusion Network. He spearheaded a reverse mentorship program matching senior executives with junior colleagues of color and serves as the primary driver of WTW’s relationship with The Posse Foundation, a key partner in its I&D efforts.
Demetrius holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University.
