Amanda Oliver is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for NASCAR.
In this role, Amanda oversees public affairs, the NASCAR Foundation, risk and legal teams.
Amanda is responsible for all legal matters related to litigation, real estate, digital and privacy, sponsorships and marketing, gaming and esports, international broadcasts and production, as well as the legal needs of 15 racetrack facilities across the country.
In her leadership role, Oliver has led across numerous strategic areas of the business including race team charters, broadcast partnerships, large-scale productions, sports betting initiatives and entertainment projects.
In the spring of 2021, Amanda was recognized by Charlotte Business Journal with the publication’s annual Women in Business Achievement Award.
In 2022, she was named a Game Changer: Women in Sports Business honoree from the Sports Business Journal.
Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Houston and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. She is admitted to the Illinois state bar.
