Allen Love is Senior Vice President and Co-Head Global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Officer for TD Bank Group and Executive Vice President and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer for TD Bank and TDGUS. In this role, Love is jointly responsible for the implementation and day-to-day oversight of the Global AML program and BSA program for TD Bank, Americas Most Convenient Bank.
As the BSA Officer for TD Bank and TDGUS, he is responsible for developing and implementing the AML program in the U.S. and ensuring that it aligns with the TDBG Enterprise AML program. He is also accountable locally for the oversight and management of the Financial Crimes and Fraud Management Group in the U.S.
Additionally, Love’s responsibilities include providing advice, guidance and direction to the boards of TDBG, TDBUSH and TDGUS, executives, lines of business and employees on TD Bank’s regulatory and internal AML responsibilities. He is a member of a number of TD Bank Risk Committees and Councils.
Love is on the Board of Governors of the University of New Haven and the Urban League of Philadelphia.
Love holds a Bachelor’s in Economics and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of New Haven.
