Aisha Barry is the President of Advanced Sterilization Products, a standalone operating company within the Advanced Healthcare Segment at Fortive Corporation.
Barry has wing to wing accountability for ASP’s P&L, strategy, development, and commercial organizations. She is charged with leading ASP post integration, building on its market position as the global leader in low temperature sterilization. Going forward her organization will play an increasing role in bringing digital solutions to critical workflows in hospitals and beyond.
Prior to Fortive, Barry worked at Procter and Gamble for 13 years and held key marketing positions. She later joined Deere and Company where she held positions of increasing responsibility in operations. She has over five years in general management positions at leading medical device companies, Medtronic and Philips.
Barry is a member of the Ohio State University Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Advisory Board and the Tuck School of Business MBA Advisory Board, an independent Director for the Kaman Corporation and is the vice chair of the Jeremiah Program National Governing Board.
Barry holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Ohio State University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business.
