Adrienne Logan is Vice President and General Counsel for Shutterfly, the leading e-commerce retailer and manufacturing platform for personalized products and communications.
In this role, Adrienne leads the legal function worldwide, providing leadership on all aspects of the business.
Prior to Shutterfly, Adrienne served as Vice President and General Counsel for Vans Worldwide. In this role, she provided strategic business and legal advice for the Vans business, including Americas (US and Canada), EMEA, APAC, Puerto Rico, South America, and Caribbean regions. Managed a multi-million-dollar budget and a team of 75. Member of Vans Executive Leadership Team and VFC Legal Leadership Team.
During her career, she has been a consistent advisor to the CEO, C-Suite and the Board for her pragmatic advice and direction.
Adrienne’s experience includes public and private organizations, corporate governance, commercial and complex transactions, IP, employment, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, marketing, risk management, real estate and digital matters.
Adrienne holds a B.A. degree from Northwestern University, an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management and a J.D. from Tulane University Law School.
