Adrienne A. Mosley is the Vice President and Chief Counsel of Information Technology, Cybersecurity and Privacy for PepsiCo, Inc. PepsiCo is one of the world’s largest food and beverage companies, generating more than $64 billion in net revenue in 2018, driven by a complementary food and beverage portfolio that includes Frito-Lay, Gatorade, Pepsi-Cola, Quaker and Tropicana.
In this role, Mosley advises PepsiCo’s global Information Technology (IT) and cybersecurity teams and leads PepsiCo’s global privacy compliance efforts to drive PepsiCo’s digital strategy. She serves on PepsiCo’s IT Executive Committee and is responsible for managing a legal team that provides counsel and transactions support to enable several critical digital initiatives across the globe. Previously, Mosley held several legal positions at PepsiCo, serving as trusted advisor to numerous PepsiCo business functions, including Global Procurement, Supply Chain & Sales.
Mosley serves on the board of The Judge Alexander Williams, Jr. Center for Education, Justice, and Ethics. In 2018, Mosley was recognized as the National Bar Association’s Corporate Law Partners and General Counsel Divisions’ “In-House Counsel Rising Star.”
Mosley holds a B.A. degree from Yale University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
