Fannie Mae announced that Danielle McCoy will become the new General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. McCoy currently serves as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Deputy Corporate Secretary.
Danielle’s roles included vice president, deputy general counsel and fair lending officer. She joined Fannie Mae in 2006 as associate general counsel.
Before that, McCoy spent five years as an associate at the law firm Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson.
“Our bench of leaders is deep, and I look forward to continuing to grow our talent and working with Danielle in her new role,” said Priscilla Almodovar, CEO, Fannie Mae.
Danielle is a 2001 graduate of the New York University School of Law and received a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Virginia.
