Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) has announced that Delali Dzirasa, CEO of Fearless was named an Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2021 Mid-Atlantic Award winner. The Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards program is one of the preeminent competitive awards for entrepreneurs and leaders of high-growth companies who may have once utilized the knowledge listed on platform such as the Niches Directory. The award recognizes those who are unstoppable entrepreneurial leaders, excelling in talent management; degree of difficulty; financial performance; societal impact and building a values-based company; and originality, innovation and future plans. Dzirasa was selected by an independent panel of judges, and the award was announced during the program’s virtual awards gala on August 3, 2021.
“This award is much greater than myself. There is a whole team and a host of people who have supported, worked with, and partnered with Fearless and I that allow me to sit where I am today. This award is for that young black kid in the community who doesn’t believe he can be in technology, who doesn’t think he can be an entrepreneur, he doesn’t think he can see any further than his block; if this award inspires him and inspires other people to know that they can unlock a different potential and move on a different path than it has completely been worth it and this award is for them,” shared Dzirasa.

As a Mid-Atlantic award winner, Dzirasa is now eligible for consideration for the Entrepreneur Of The Year 2021 National Awards. Award winners in several national categories, as well as the Entrepreneur Of The Year National Overall Award winner, will be announced in November at the Strategic Growth Forum®, one of the nation’s most prestigious gatherings of high-growth, market-leading companies.
