Diligent Appoints Yvette Hollingsworth Clark to Its Board of Directors
Diligent Corporation, the global leader in SaaS governance, risk and compliance has announced the appointment of Yvette Hollingsworth Clark as its newest independent board member. Hollingsworth Clark brings extensive risk management and compliance experience and insights from her leadership roles across the financial services industry.
Hollingsworth Clark began her career with the Federal Reserve System before transitioning to corporate leadership roles with Citigroup, Barclays and most recently Wells Fargo, where she held the roles of executive vice president and regulatory innovation officer as well as chief compliance officer. While at Wells Fargo, she spearheaded innovations in RegTech and strengthened the compliance function by enhancing data and analysis and evaluating technology solutions to support risk management capabilities.

Hollingsworth Clark was recently elected to serve on the board of Air Lease Corporation (NYSE:AL) and is also a member of The Executive Leadership Council and The Links, Incorporated. She is an active member on the board of directors for both Golden Gate University and the International Women’s Forum Northern California. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Syracuse University and currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
