Dentsu Media Appoints Kedma Pognon Brown Chief Operating Officer, Americas

Dentsu International announced appointment of Kedma Pognon Brown as Chief Operating Officer, Americas for its media service line, consisting of Carat, iProspect, and dentsu X powered by 360i.

In this role, Kedma will help accelerate the transformational journey designed to increase efficiency and consistency while reducing complexity throughout dentsu’s media operations process. As COO, Kedma will be responsible for modernizing ways of working through meaningful change management using communication, engagement, education, and enablement across dentsu Media’s 3,000+ experts. She will also help implement innovative technology-driven solutions and new operational processes to drive growth and productivity for clients. Kedma will report to Doug Rozen, CEO, dentsu Media -Americas.

Over the last 25 years, Kedma has earned a reputation as a business transformation leader across a variety of disciplines, including advertising, marketing, business operations, project management, media and technology. She joins dentsu from Publicis Groupe, where she spent the last decade holding various senior positions with the network, the most recent being the Senior Vice President of Business Operations, Project Management and Production. Before Publicis Group, Kedma held positions at Cheil NA/Barbarian Group, TBWA/Chiat/Agency.com, and Ogilvy.
