Ms. Hardie directs the internal sales program in Vanguard’s Financial Advisor Services division across all channels – including banks, registered investment advisors, and broker-dealers. She is also a co-founder and leader of the Vanguard Black Professional Network and serves as a member of Vanguard’s Talent Initiative.

Vanguard is of the world’s largest investment management firms with more than $1.7 trillion in assets.

She has held various positions of responsibility in client relationship services and served as a chief of staff for the Institutional division. Prior to joining Vanguard, Ms. Hardie was an analyst in Banc of America Securities’ Debt Capital Markets department.
Ms. Hardie is a former member of the Board of Directors for Carson Valley Children’s Aid and has volunteered and contributed to several community and nonprofit organizations in the Philadelphia area.

Hardie earned a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
