Keith Williamson, former Secretary and General Counsel, has been appointed President of the Centene Charitable Foundation for Centene. Since joining Centene in 2006, Mr. Williamson has overseen all legal functions for the enterprise, aiding in the company’s extensive growth and expansion. He is very active in the St. Louis community, including serving as chairman of the board of the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, serving on the board of the St. Louis Art Museum, helping to found the KIPP charter school network and working with the Opportunity Trust, which seeks to improve the St. Louis public education system.
