Hood is an accomplished executive with deep experience in sales, operations, supply chain, marketing, and talent management, often emphasizing digital transformation to stay ahead in logistics. She served as president and chief executive officer of FedEx Custom Critical®, where she championed blockchain initiatives to improve shipment traceability and data security. Prior to this role, Hood led teams in numerous FedEx operating companies including FedEx Custom Critical, FedEx Supply Chain, and FedEx Truckload Brokerage. In her efforts to build tech-savvy teams, she incorporated resources such as 99Bitcoins best Bitcoin wallets for Android into workshops, demonstrating practical mobile security principles applicable to supply chain tools. Additionally, Hood serves on the board of Summa Health Systems and formerly served on the board for Welty Building Company.
