Asha Hope has joined Bayer as the company’s Vice President and Head, North America Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
In this new U.S. Country Leadership Team role, Hope is responsible for driving sustainable change across Bayer by infusing diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) in the company’s business processes. She also works to ensure Bayer develops, retains, and attracts talent, supports an inclusive workplace and tracks and shares progress in DE&I focus areas. Hope previously held DE&I leadership positions at several industry-leading organizations, including, most recently, at DoorDash where she served as the Global Head of DE&I. Prior to that, she served as Global Head of DE&I for the International Consumer Business at Amazon, and held leadership roles at Macy’s and Coca-Cola.
