Antoinette (Toni) Bush is the Executive Vice President and Global Head of Government Affairs for News Corp. Bush is responsible for leading the company’s government relations efforts in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. She serves on the company’s executive leadership committee. Bush joined News Corp from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where, over her nearly 20-year tenure, she rose to become the Partner in charge of its Communications Group. She represented global media/entertainment and telecom entities in regulatory, legislative and transactional matters. Bush also served as Executive Vice President of Northpoint Technology Ltd. Previously, she served as Senior Counsel to the Communications Subcommittee of the U.S. Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee.

Bush chairs the board of directors of The History Makers, and serves on the boards of The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, Advocates for Justice and Education, the DC Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy and The Media Institute.

Bush holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College and a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University Law School.
