Benjamin F. Wilson is a Chairman of Beveridge & Diamond, P.C., a 100-lawyer firm that is focused on environmental and natural resource law, litigation and project development.

Through his work litigating and advising clients on environmental issues as well as his service as Monitor for the Duke Energy coal ash spill remediation project and as Deputy Monitor in the Volkswagen emissions proceedings, Mr. Wilson brings extensive experience in workplace safety, environmental and wildlife protection legislation, communication, accountability, and transparency in dealing with customers and regulators.

Wilson established the African American General Counsel and Managing Partners Network in 2012, and founded the Diverse Partners Network in 2008.

Wilson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History – magna cum laude – from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor from Harvard University.
