Felicia Williams is Macy’s Fellow for CEO Action for Racial Equity, the first business-led coalition of its kind with a mission to advance racial equity through public policy.
Williams has held senior finance leadership roles at Macy’s, Inc. for the past 17 years. She was Interim CFO from June 2020 to November 2020 and Senior Vice President, Controller and Enterprise Risk Officer from June 2016 to June 2020. She was Senior Vice President, Finance and Risk Management, from February 2011 to June 2016.
Previously, Williams held various financial positions at the Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company and The Coca-Cola Company from June 1994 to June 2004, at Bristol-Myers Squibb from May 1990 to June 1994 and at Arthur Andersen & Company from June 1987 to May 1990.
A CPA, Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
