Darrell Thomas served as Interim Chief Financial Officer for Harley-Davidson, Inc. and served as Chief Financial Officer of Harley-Davidson Financial Services, Inc.
Darrell also worked with the Harley-Davidson board of directors to develop shareholder return policies, completing strategic reviews of business units and overall risk mitigation strategies.
Prior to Harley-Davidson, Darrell served as VP and Assistant Treasurer and Director Capital Markets for PepsiCo, Inc. During his tenure, Darrell led and worked on teams developing treasury and tax strategies and executing related projects, including shareholder returns, debt structure ($25 billion debt portfolio) and cash repatriations.
Darrell serves on the board of Scotia Holdings (US) Inc., Sojourner Family Peace Center, whose mission is to reduce the societal impacts of domestic violence and the United Way of Milwaukee.
Darrell has an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA degree in Economics from Tufts University.
