Sheila A. Stamps is a financial expert with diverse experience advising on operating and financial requirements of companies in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. As a Board Member, P&L leader, Investment Manager, and Banker, Sheila has worked through various economic cycles and market dislocations, giving her insight into risk and opportunities domestically and internationally.
Stamps senior level operating roles combine both private sector experience and public service. She has served as Executive Vice President of DBI, LLC (a private mortgage company), a Portfolio Manager and Advisor to the NYS Comptroller’s Office, Group Head of Financial Institutions at Bank of America, and Managing Director/Operating Committee Member at Bank One London where she gained her dual US/UK citizenship.
Stamps earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, a B.S. in Management Sciences from Duke University, and completed a Fellowship at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs at Harvard University.
