Randolph W. Melville was the Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Western Division of Frito-Lay North America, the $14 billion convenient foods business unit of PepsiCo, until his retirement in 2017. In that position he was accountable for all aspects of the company’s western division performance.
Prior to his 20-plus year career at Frito-Lay, Melville served as a Senior Vice President at Maytag Corporation and held various sales and marketing leadership positions at Proctor & Gamble Distribution Company.
Melville has been widely recognized among industry organizations and trade publications. The Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership at the U.S. Naval Academy and Harvard Business Review named him a recipient of their inaugural Leadership Excellence Award.
Melville graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
