Nicole Y. Lamb-Hale serves as Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Cummins Inc (NYSE:CMI). She brings over 30 years of executive-level experience spanning the public and private sectors.
Previously, Lamb-Hale was a Managing Director at Kroll, the head of its Washington, DC office and a Fellow of the Kroll Institute, a think tank associated with the firm. Before Kroll, she was a Senior Vice President of Albright Stonebridge Group, a global strategic advisory and commercial diplomacy firm.
Lamb-Hale served as Assistant Secretary for Manufacturing and Services in the U.S. Department of Commerce’s (“Commerce”) International Trade Administration where drove growth of U.S. exports. She also served as Deputy General Counsel at Commerce. She was an equity partner in two global law firms specializing in business restructuring and public finance.
Lamb-Hale earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
