Jarvis Hollingsworth is Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Irradiant Partners LP, an investment advisor that focuses on investments in renewable energy and liquid and private credit.
Previously, Hollingsworth served as the secretary/general counsel of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, LP and is a former partner of the law firm Bracewell LLP, where he served on the firm’s management committee.
Hollingsworth serves as chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, a $210 billion pension trust fund for retirees, teachers, and employees of education-related institutions.
Hollingsworth also serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Financial Sector Advisory and is the chair of the Milken Institute DEI in Asset Management Executive Council.
Hollingsworth holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center.
