Bruce Holley is a Managing Director of Alvarez & Marsal’s Financial Services Industry practice, where he works across banking, wealth and asset management, insurance, fintech, and AI.
Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Holley spent five years at Accenture. He was a Senior Managing Director and ran P/Ls from $350 million to $1.2 billion. Holley ran customer sales and service for financial services across North America.
Holley spent 25 years at the Boston Consulting Group as a Senior Partner and Managing Director, where he helped launch their Global Wealth and Asset Management practice.
Holley serves on the board of New York Community Trust, a non-profit focused on New York State with assets of ~$3.5 billion and annual giving between $200 million to $250 million.
Holley received his Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and an MBA from Harvard University.
