Charlotte C. Henry served as Chief Information Technology Officer of the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust, the largest non-governmental purchaser of retiree healthcare in the United States, covering over 632,300 members.

Henry has served on the Technology, Audit, and Risk Oversight committees for the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis.

She has volunteered for the ECE Alumni Advisory Board at the University of Michigan’s College of Engineering and for the Michigan Council of Women in Technology.

Henry was featured in the “Michigan Women in STEM” exhibit at the Michigan Women’s Historical Center Museum (2013) and was named one of the “Top Women in Computing for the State of Michigan” in 2005.

Henry earned her MBA from the University of Michigan, where she focused on corporate strategy. She earned an MSE and a BSE in computer engineering, both from the University of Michigan.
