Cain Hayes served as President & Chief Executive Officer for Point32Health, a $9.7 billion company that includes Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan based in Boston. Serving 2.2 million members across five states, Point32Health is one of New England’s largest health and well-being organizations and one of the top twenty health plans in the United States.
In this role, Cain was responsible for leading the company’s executive team, ensuring a strong culture of quality, innovation and customer service, and defining the strategic vision and direction.
Previously, Cain served as President & CEO of Gateway Health, a leading managed care organization based in Pittsburgh.
Cain serves on the board of directors of The Andy Warhol Museum.
Cain holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Drake University.
