Kaye Foster serves as a Senior Adviser to The Boston Consulting Group.
Foster is also an adviser, philanthropist, and former Senior Vice President for Global Human Resources at Onyx Pharmaceuticals. She works with CEOs, leaders and teams to help ensure an organization’s long-term success by defining the values behind its culture, and then incorporating them in systems and practices to reinforce individual and collective behaviors. Previously, she was Chief Human Resources Officer and an executive committee member at Johnson & Johnson.
Earlier in her career, Foster was a Human Resources business partner at Pfizer Inc.,and led the integration of both the Warner-Lambert and Pharmacia mergers for multiple countries.
Foster joined the Spelman College Board of Trustees.
Foster earned her undergraduate degree at Baruch College of the City University of New York and received an M.B.A. from Columbia University, Graduate School of Business.
