Nathaniel A. Davis is the retired Chairman and CEO of Stride, Inc., a tech-enabled education solutions provider.
Davis served on Stride’s board from 2009 to 2022. Previously, Davis was President, CEO and a board member of XM Satellite Radio (2007-2008), held executive and board positions at XO Communications, and served in leadership positions at Nextel and MCI. He began his career at AT&T.
Past board memberships include Charter Communications, Mutual of Americas Capital Management and EarthLink. In the nonprofit sector, Davis is affiliated with the National Alliance to End Homelessness and the Flint Hill School.
Davis holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology, an MS in Engineering Computer Science from the Moore School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
