Stacy Brown-Philpot is the Founder and Managing Director of Cherryrock Capital, a venture firm focused on Black and Latinx founders. She was previously a member of the investment committee of the Softbank Opportunity Fund, a venture fund for outstanding Black, Latinx, and Native American company founders.
Brown-Philpot previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Taskrabbit. She also served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Google Ventures and has had a variety of Director-level positions at Google including Senior Director of Global Consumer Operations.
Brown-Philpot brings to the Board extensive operational, analytical, financial, and strategic experience. In addition to her role as CEO of TaskRabbit, Brown-Philpot’s decade of experience leading various operations at Google.
Brown-Philpot currently serves on the board of Noom, Inc., StockX, and Joy. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Urban Institute.
