Reginald Roberts, Jr. handles complex employment and business litigation issues for over 15 years, defending public and private clients in matters from discrimination and harassment to wrongful termination, breach of contract to insurance coverage disputes, premises liability to and wrongful death.
Roberts also works with them to prevent and diffuse disputes, providing counsel on litigation avoidance strategies as well as risk analysis.
In approximately 13 months, concluding in 2022, Roberts served as lead counsel in 5 trials all of which were successful.
In 2023, he was named ‘Attorney of the Year’ by the California Association of Black Lawyers.
Roberts serves as a Lecturer in Law at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, his alma mater. He is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Rated Preeminent attorney.
