Maurice Brown is the President, Group Managing Director of North America Retail Outlets for Ralph Lauren.
In this role, Brown has financial responsibility for over one billion dollars in annual revenue. Previously, he was Chief Logistics Officer for the company where he navigated Ralph Lauren through once in a generation supply chain disruptions caused by the global pandemic.
Brown joined Ralph Lauren’s Asia-Pacific region in Hong Kong. During his tenure with the company, he created the Global Business Planning and Business Strategy function and led global Inventory Management. He was the inaugural Executive Sponsor of the company’s Black Advisory Council.
Brown serves as executive sponsor of its HBCU campaigns with Morehouse College and Spelman College, and the company’s collaboration with the Spike Lee Gersh Fellowship program.
Brown’s business career has spanned nearly 25 years during which he gained experience working across different public and private sector organizations ranging from Hugo Boss, Armani Exchange and American Eagle Outfitters to the Democratic Leadership Council.
Brown attended Tennessee State University in Nashville where he studied Architectural Engineering and Business Administration.
