Sherianne James is Chief Marketing Officer of Essilor of America, a leading U.S. supplier of optical lenses.
Prior to her current role, James was Vice President, Consumer Marketing for the company since July 2016. From February 2011 to July 2016, she held positions of increasing responsibility in marketing and operations for Transitions Optical, a division of Essilor of America, culminating in her role as Vice President of Transitions Optical from April 2014 to July 2016.
From July 2005 through December 2010, James was Senior Marketing Manager for Russell Hobbs, Inc./Applica with responsibility for the Black+Decker® and George Foreman® small appliance brands.
James previously held a number of key project manager, research manager and brand manager positions with Kraft/Nabisco Foods.
James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
