Charise R. Frazier is a shareholder at the preeminent health law fi rm, Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman, P.C.
Frazier concentrates her practice in the area of general health, working for a variety of health care entities on a wide range of matters, such as clinical services, patient care, compliance counsel, behavioral and mental health, data management, electronic health records, licensing, accreditation, mergers and acquisitions.
Frazier has over 15 years of experience in advising clients regarding state and federal privacy and security laws, including multi-state incidents. She has handled hundreds of investigations and analyses of breaches, with affected individuals exceeding 85,000 in a single breach. She successfully navigated numerous breach investigative requests from Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights.
Frazier partners with clients to provide cost effective, practical solutions on all matters.
Frazier is the Chair of the fi rm’s Diversity Committee and chaired the 2015 Indianapolis Bar Diversity Job Fair.
Frazier holds a Bachelor’s in Business Finance from Valparaiso University and a J.D.-M.H.A. from Indiana University.
