Alicia Boler Davis is Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing for General Motors (GM). In this role, her responsibilities include leading GM’s Global Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Engineering and Labor Relations organizations. She is a member of the GM Senior Leadership Team and the GM Korea Board of Directors. She reports to GM Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Mary Barra.
Prior to this assignment, Boler Davis was Senior Vice President of Global Connected Customer Experience since December 2014. She led the company’s connected customer activities, including infotainment, OnStar and GM’s Urban Active personal mobility initiatives.
Boler Davis serves on the Board of Directors at General Mills and Beaumont Health. In addition, she is a member of the Northwestern University McCormick Advisory Council and a Board Trustee of the Care House of Oakland County. She also serves as Executive Liaison for the GM WOMEN employee resource group.
Boler Davis has a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University, a Master’s in Engineering Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s in Business Administration from Indiana University.
