Gloria R. Boyland is Corporate Vice President Serves on Board of Directors for: of Operations & Service Support at FedEx Corporation, a $61 billion global transportation service provider. Operations and Service Support is responsible for evaluation and leadership of priority operational developments, service quality improvements, customer experience improvements and new service offerings.
Previously, Boyland served as Staff Vice President, Service Experience Leadership, working to improve service and customer experience across all channels and organizations, driving process improvement, and enhanced performance and measurement to ensure customers always have an outstanding experience with FedEx.
Boyland currently sits on the Board of the Memphis Brooks Museum and is a sponsor for Teach For America. She is a member of The Links, Incorporated, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and United Way Alexis de Tocqueville Society.
Boyland holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
