Lynne Walker is Executive Vice President of Affinity Strategy for First Tennessee Bank, Tennessee’s largest bank and the 14th oldest national bank in the country.
In this role, Walker develops and drives strategy to ensure workforce, workplace and marketplace recognition as best in class for diversity and inclusion. She has introduced diversity staffing maps along with metrics and reporting, SWOT analyses for diversity and inclusion, focused messages for executives, executive engagement with high-potential diverse employees through a popular Lunch with a Leader series, recruiting and talent pipeline
processes – and soon, a Diversity Advisory Council made up of customers and community influencers.
Recognized for her leadership, Walker was named one of the “Top 25 Women in Business” by the Charlotte Business Journal and one of Profiles in Diversity Journal’s “Women Worth Watching”.
With a strong commitment to community, Walker dedicates her time to support a variety of causes. Walker has served on the boards of Ballet Memphis and the Women’s Foundation for a Greater Memphis.
Walker holds a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Economics and Sociology from Duke University.
