Doniel N. Sutton is Vice President of People for PayPal’s Global Product & Engineering organizations.
In this role, Sutton oversees people strategy & product delivery and execution for PayPal’s most innovative and transformational business functions,
which represents over a third of the company’s non-operations workforce.
Prior to joining PayPal in 2011, Sutton was the Vice President of Global Human Resources for Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, where she led a global HR team across regions of North America, Europe, and Asia in all aspects of Human Resources with key emphasis on sales compensation plan development, organizational design, executive coaching and performance management.
Sutton spent the majority of her career with Bank of America in a variety of senior HR leadership positions supporting both business and functional organizations including Technology & Operations, Deposit & Debit Products, Student Lending, Home Equity, and Mortgage Servicing Operations. Sutton began her career in the aerospace manufacturing industry, working for Honeywell International.
Sutton holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master’s of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
