Keisha Smith-Jeremie is the Chief Human Resources Officer at News Corp., the
largest news and information services provider in the English-speaking world with over 25,000 employees globally.
In her 15 years as a Talent Management Executive, Smith-Jeremie has gained extensive experience helping leaders get the best out of their teams and employees get the best out of themselves.
Prior to her role at News Corp, Smith-Jeremie spent 13 years at Morgan Stanley where she was known as a bold and innovative change agent, who
consistently exceeded her client’s expectations of what was possible. In 2011, at the age of 34, she became the fifth African-American female in Morgan
Stanley’s history to enter into the firm’s prestigious partnership ranks when she was promoted to Managing Director as the firm’s Global Co-head of Talent Management.
Smith-Jeremie serves as a Director and Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee for the Eagle Academy Foundation, a charitable organization that provides transformative life outcomes for the lives of young men of color through their all-boys public schools in New York and Newark.
Smith-Jeremie holds a Bachelors of Arts in International Relations from the University of Virginia.
