Teresa Wynn Roseborough is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for The Home Depot, the world’s largest home improvement specialty retailer with 2,269 retail stores.
Previously, she held several legal positions at MetLife, including Senior Chief Counsel and Deputy General Counsel.
Prior to joining MetLife, Roseborough was a Partner with the law firm, Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP and a Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the U.S. Department of Justice. She also served as a Law Clerk for Justice John Paul Stevens of the U.S. Supreme Court.
Roseborough is a public member of the Administrative Conference of the U.S. and a member of the Board of Directors of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights under Law.
Roseborough currently serves on the Board of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. She is also a member of the Board of Overseers of the RAND Corporation.
Roseborough holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, a Master’s degree in Education from Boston University, and a Juris Doctor, with high honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
