Teri Plummer McClure is Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President for UPS.
In this role, Plummer McClure has responsibility for Human Resources, Employee Communications and Labor Relations for the company’s more than
444,000 employees worldwide. Plummer McClure is also a member of the company’s Management Committee, which is responsible for setting strategy,
profit and operating plans for the company’s worldwide operations.
Plummer McClure was appointed General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in 2006. She assumed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer in 2013 and
subsequently assumed responsibility for Compliance and Ethics, Audit, and Communications.
Plummer McClure serves on the Board of Trustees of The UPS Foundation, which distributed more than $54.7 million in charitable giving in 2015.
Plummer McClure was the co-chair of the Georgia Supreme Courts Committee on Civil Justice. She most recently received the “2014 General Counsel
of the Year Pathfinder Award” from the National Bar Association and the “2013 Exemplar Award” from National Legal Aid & Defender Association.
Plummer McClure holds a Bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law.
