Ehrika C. Gladden is Vice President, Market Strategy for Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions Group (EISG) at Cisco Systems, Inc.
In this role, Gladden leads Engineering Market Strategy for EISG – a $19B Business Unit, which oversees global Go-To-Market (GTM) performance, requirements, and competitive intelligence for Enterprise Networking Core Routing, Software, WAN/LAN, Wireless, and Security Products and Solutions.
Gladden joined Cisco 10 years ago as Director, Services Sales – $500M Sales Organization and most recently, for 2.5 years, led Cisco’s Cloud Consumption Models start up to a $3.2B value creating a new revenue stream for Cisco.
Previously, Vice President of Eastern MidMarket sales at Avaya, she was responsible for sales, operations, engineering, and administration for a 200-person organization.
Gladden is a member of the Executive Leadership Council Foundation Board, PA Conference for Women Board, and the Cisco Systems Foundation Board of Trustees.
Gladden is a former director at the Colorado Women’s Hall of Fame, and the Larimer Arts Association.
Gladden holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
