Karen Fowler-Williams is Senior Vice President of Employee Relations for Lincoln Financial Group.
In this role, Fowler-Williams oversees HR policy development, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance and risk management, recognition, tuition reimbursement and other employee programs. In addition, she is dedicated to supporting diversity initiatives and employee engagement and was an inaugural member of The Conference Board’s Employee Engagement Council and The Engagement Institute. Fowler-Williams is also a member of the HR leadership team responsible for HR governance enterprise-wide and is on Lincoln’s Radnor-Philadelphia Grant Committee.
Prior to this role, Fowler-Williams was Assistant Vice President for Diversity Initiatives and Director of EEO Strategy. Earlier in her career at Lincoln Financial, Fowler-Williams was Director of HR for Lincoln National Life and Lincoln’s Employee Benefits division.
In 2015, Fowler-Williams was recognized by Profiles in Diversity Journal as one of 100 “Women Worth Watching.” She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Wharton Financial Services Group.
Fowler-Williams holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
