Alicia Boler-Davis is Senior Vice President, Global Connected Customer Experience for GM.
In this role, Boler-Davis leads GM’s global efforts to provide customers with the best overall service and experience in the industry, as well as market-leading connectivity and infotainment products and services. Her scope includes GM’s nearly 20-year-old OnStar safety, security and services brand, which recently passed 1 billion customer interactions.
Boler-Davis also leads GM’s Urban Active team, which is developing solutions to capitalize on the future of personal mobility, including car sharing. She is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Earlier in her career, Boler-Davis was Plant Manager at the Lansing, MI., Consolidated Operations and Arlington (TX) Assembly, where she was the first African-American woman to be a Plant Manager at a GM vehicle manufacturing plant.
Boler-Davis is a member of the Northwestern University McCormick Advisory Council, a Board Trustee of the Care House of Oakland County, and a member of the OnStar/Shanghai Board of Directors.
Boler-Davis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University and a Master’s degree in Engineering Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
