Dwight S. Taylor was President of COPT Development & Construction Services, LLC, a division of Corporate Office Properties Trust. In that role, Taylor directed and managed the company’s design, development and construction activities. Taylor has more than 30 years of director related real estate experience, including 14 years with Constellation Real Estate and 4 years with The Rouse Company.
Previously, Taylor was Senior Vice President of the Baltimore Economic Development Corporation. Prior to that, Taylor was a Senior Consultant and Director of the Department of Area Development and Tourism for Checchi & Company, a Washington, D.C.–based international consulting firm.
Taylor has been active with a number organizations including the Maryland Chapter and the National Board of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Taylor is a Founding Member of Associated Black Charities of Maryland.
Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Lincoln University (Pennsylvania).
